EXCHANGE OR RETURN

We thoroughly check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each garment is packaged carefully.

Please choose carefully as all sales are final. Exchange will only be given if an item is faulty. There will be no returns of any kind on any Sara Phillips online store purchases.

Please contact us immediately if you intend to exchange a faulty item within 7 days of the date of delivery via email at shop@saraphillips.com.au.

We will then issue you with a Exchange Authorization Number. We will not accept any exchanges without a Exchange Authorization Number (RA Number). Unfortunately we can not exchange if we are notified after the 7 day period.

Items must be in original condition, must not have been worn, altered or washed and all swing tags must remain in place.

When returning Goods: Please enclose

a) RA Number

b) Your receipt

c) Return to the address specified when you receive your RA Number

Once we have received the item back we will endeavour to replace it for you ASAP, you will be notified via email once your item has been sent.


SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia is via Australia Express post satchels, this is not covered by insurance and is not guaranteed next day delivery. If you require your item to be insured please email us at shop@saraphillips.com.au and we can make alternative arrangements.

International shipping is via registered airmail, this is approximately 5 - 10 days delivery, we charge a flat rate of $30.00 AUD.

Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following working business day.
